Strap in as we dive into the murky waters of government overreach and media manipulation, where the U.S. Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948, better known as the Smith-Mundt Act, was twisted 13 years ago by Manchurian candidate Barack Obama into a tool to foment a colour revolution in the United States.
Back in 1948, President Harry S. Truman signed the Smith-Mundt Act into law, a Cold War era move to counter Soviet propaganda with a global charm offensive. The mission had been simple, spread the gospel of American values abroad through radio broadcasts like Voice of America, glossy publications, films, and cultural exchange programs. The State Department was tasked with painting a picture of the U.S. as the land of the free, sending students, scholars, and professionals overseas to build bridges and showcase our way of life.
But here’s the caveat that continues to fly under the radar. The Act explicitly banned government produced materials from being distributed domestically. Why? To protect the American people from being fed state propaganda and to keep the domestic media industry from getting steamrolled by taxpayer funded competition. And more importantly, but apparently not a concern at the time, to protect the 1st Amendment rights and organic consensus from an intelligence department swaying Americans toward total mind control and rapid decline. Truman had signed the National Security Act of 1947 into law which created the CIA. Truman had created a monster, but the Smith-Mundt was a leash.
Advisory commissions were set up to keep things honest, ensuring the programs stayed true to their mission of truthful communication with foreign audiences. It was a firewall, a line in the sand to keep Uncle Sam’s storytelling machine from turning inward.
Fast forward to 2012, and enter the Obama administration, which slipped a poison pill into the National Defense Authorization Act for 2013, signed into law on January 2, 2013. The so called Smith-Mundt Modernization Act gutted that firewall, and regardless of what the bureaucrats foist upon your ears, this wasn’t just about updating old rules for the internet age.
The modernization allowed the State Department and the Broadcasting Board of Governors, now rebranded as the U.S. Agency for Global Media, to make their foreign targeted materials, like videos, audio, and films, available inside the U.S. upon request, including through FOIA demands and online platforms. Sure, they claimed it was about transparency, about letting Americans peek at what’s being beamed overseas. But don’t be naive. The law still says no funds can be used to actively propagandize Americans, but the floodgates were opened, and the safeguards are now as flimsy as a paper wall in a hurricane.
Now, let’s connect the dots. This modernization didn’t just make government content accessible, it unleashed a torrent of psychological warfare that’s been weaponized by the mainstream American media. The same narratives crafted to sway foreign hearts and minds are now seeping into our domestic discourse, creating a feedback loop of division and radicalization.
We’re talking about 59 million mentally ill Americans, folks already struggling with anxiety, depression, or worse, who no longer have a mental healthcare system that was gutted by progressive failures, being bombarded with carefully curated messages that amplify fear, distrust, and outrage. And furthermore broadcasting the domestic subversion of the Central Intelligence Agency.
These aren’t just newsreels anymore, they’re precision guided narratives designed to fracture society. The mainstream media, already a battleground for corporate agendas appealing to the organic demands of an American audience, gets outflanked by government backed content, slipping into social media echo chambers and radicalizing vulnerable minds. It’s not about informing, it’s about inflaming, pitting neighbor against neighbor in a cultural civil war.
And where does this lead? Straight to the universities, where Marxist ideology has taken root like a noxious weed. The modernization of Smith-Mundt has fueled a pipeline of radical ideas, repackaged as academic theory. Professors, emboldened by access to globalist narratives, push anti American, collectivist doctrines that demonize free markets and glorify centralized control.
These campuses aren’t just teaching critical thinking, they’re indoctrinating a generation with class warfare rhetoric, funded indirectly by the same government programs now unshackled by the 2013 changes. The result? Students graduate not as free thinkers but as foot soldiers for a Marxist agenda, ready to tear down the very system that gave them the freedom to learn.
But it gets darker. The Democrats, ever the masters of subtlety, have seized on this loosened framework to deploy indirect talking points that stoke domestic terrorism. Through carefully crafted dog whistles that they have since been forced to abandon due to the damage done to their poll ratings. Terms like “systemic injustice” or “reimagining society”.
Terms amplifying narratives that resonate with the unhinged, the disenfranchised, and the radicalized. These aren’t overt calls to violence, they’re sly, deniable prompts lighting the fuse for anarchy. The modernized Smith-Mundt Act gives them cover, letting government produced content bleed into domestic spaces where it can be picked up by activists and extremists alike.
From Antifa to lone wolf actors, the spark of these narratives is fanned into flames by a party that thrives on division, all while claiming to champion unity. This isn’t just policy, it’s a betrayal and it is treasonous. And it got Charlie Kirk murdered in front of the entire world. A good and kind man exercising his 1st Amendment, pushing back against Obama’s monstrosity.
Enter the so called "Podesta Plan". A plan that isn't a single, neatly titled document you can Google in a heartbeat, it's the insidious undercurrent of strategies hatched by John Podesta, the longtime Clinton operative and Obama whisperer, to weaponize division, radicalize the masses, and claw back power through engineered unrest. Hang on there, this isn't tinfoil hat territory just because there is zero mainstream media coverage on it, it's pieced together from leaked emails from incarcerated truth warriors, insider admissions, and the real time playbook unfolding before our eyes in 2025.
The truth is far uglier than you think. At its rotten heart, the Podesta Plan emerges from the WikiLeaks trove of over 50,000 emails hacked from Podesta's Gmail in 2016, a goldmine that exposed the Clinton campaign's guts like a surgeon's scalpel. These weren't just chit-chat about pizza parties. They revealed a calculated machine, Podesta, as Hillary's campaign chair and founder of the left wing think tank Center for American Progress, plotting to "plant the seeds of the revolution" in America.
One bombshell email from 2012, penned by activist Sandy Newman to Podesta, floated the idea of hijacking religious voters for a progressive uprising. Framing abortion rights as a divine calling to "plant the seeds of the revolution" in evangelical communities. Podesta forwarded it like a shopping list, signaling openness to subverting faith for political gain.
Fast forward through the leaks, and you see the blueprint solidify, coordinate with media allies to amplify outrage, fund agitators through shadowy foundations, and stoke racial and cultural fault lines to delegitimize elections. It's not about winning votes, it's about winning the narrative war, turning dissent into dynamite. And then it gets diabolical, post 2016, as Trump stormed the gates, Podesta and his ilk didn't slink away, they doubled down.
Remember James Carville, the Ragin' Cajun himself, teaming up with Podesta in leaked chats right after the election? They schemed to paint Trump as an existential threat to minorities and immigrants, priming blue cities for secession and street level sabotage. Carve up the map, let the coasts float off into socialist fantasy land, and use the chaos to rally the base. Podesta's fingerprints are everywhere, from emails coordinating with CNN's Donna Brazile to rig town halls, to whispers of pressuring donors like Saudi Arabia and Qatar over ISIS funding while ignoring Clinton Foundation ties. It's a masterclass in controlled demolition, it would make the Weather Underground blush. Leak just enough to erode trust, then fan the flames with astro turfed protests.
Now, zoom to today, September 12, 2025, and the Podesta Plan isn't theory, it's fully operational. With Trump back in the saddle and the deep state reeling, the battle cry from Infowars isn’t hyperbole, we are warning from the front lines. Sources are buzzing about a "Podesta-led Democrat plan" for 1,500 protests across all 50 states, scripted riots in LA, and false flags to frame Trump as a dictator, all to ignite a civil war scenario and seize power.
You can easily see it, as we have already endured complete chaos in recent times. Antifa foot soldiers, bankrolled by Alexander Soros, carving satanic symbols on bullets while campus radicals, fueled by Podesta's CAP playbook, chant "fascist regime" with pre printed signs popping up like weeds in D.C.
The recent attempt on Charlie Kirk? Not a lone wolf, it's the spark in this domestic war on America. The killer's ideology already reeks of Podesta fueled blind Trump hate. Those Podesta "Pizzagate" emails, handkerchiefs with "pizza-related maps," walnut sauces, and "spirit cooking" invites, weren't about appetizers they were allegedly code for elite depravity according to the FBI. A velvet rope behind which Podesta's circle trafficked influence and worse. Blackmail. These people mean business.
Pizzagate a distraction, sure, but the entire debacle had the effect of masking the real op, using BLM as a battering ram, trans activism as a Trojan horse, and every campus cult as a recruitment depot. Podesta's not just advising on climate scams like the Inflation Reduction Act's $370 billion green slush fund, he's the architect of the unrest that keeps the masses distracted while the elite consolidate. Democrats aren't playing checkers, they're checkmating democracy, one leaked email at a time.
This is the Podesta Plan, not a neat PDF sheet of raw data like the Panama papers, but a living virus injected into the body politic. Etched in Section 501 of the original Smith-Mundt Act, triggered felony charges under Title 22 U.S.C. § 1461: any willful breach carried a penalty of up to five years in federal prison, a fine hitting $10,000, or both. No slaps on the wrist here, this was designed to deter any bureaucrat or media minion from flooding the homeland with taxpayer-funded spin, but it has become far worse than original foresight.
Reinstate the Smith-Mundt to its original purpose and enforce it as it was intended. This singular action will unravel the entire subversion machine. Do it for Charlie.
