Sarah Walley is a dedicated baker and has on her own introduced Buffalo to the wonders of the French Macaron.  We’ve featured them as a blog post and even Sarah herself as one of our Buffalo Foodies, but we invited her to the Buffalo Eats Studio to talk about the beginning and what makes these tiny desserts so special.  At the moment you can order her delicious French Macarons at Zillycakes or Nickel City Cheese, but please make sure you properly defrost them before eating.  It’s very important, as you’ll hear on the podcast.
