This week on the podcast we have Frank and Paul Tripi, owners and operators of Frank Gourmet Hot Dogs. There was a point where we were skeptical of how innovative their hot dog truck would be, but Alli and I have become huge fans of the truck since they hit the streets this January. Their freshly baked rolls, home made toppings and awesome recipes really set them apart from any other hot dog restaurant in Western New York. We talked to Frank and Paul about the start of the truck, how Frank came up with the idea of a hot dog food truck, upcoming legislation issues and their plans for the future.
