Today on the podcast we brought back two of our favorites from last year; Pete Cimino and Chris Dorsaneo (above), the owners of Lloyd Taco Trucks. Since we talked to them in 2012 a lot has happened. It was before the new legislation, before Chris and Sous Chef Teddy competed (and won) in Nickel City Chef, before they launched their Kickstarter campaign which lead to Lloyd Dos hitting the streets. So on this episode we recapped that busy last year, talked about the new legislation for 2013, why their sourcing more organic/healthier proteins and some of their big plans for 2013 (how does a Lloyd restaurant sound? RIGHT?!).
