This week on the podcast we have Chef Brad Rowell, the Sous Chef at Williamsville’s Park Country Club. While he might not be in the public eye right now, Brad has had a pretty interesting career working at some awesome restaurants like Spotted Pig, St. John(London) and Denver’s Jax Fish House (under Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg). We talked about the different atmosphere’s in those kitchens, how he found his way into the restaurant world, his love of craft beer, the awesome village of East Aurora and what it’s like to start a restaurant from the ground up.
