I met Chris Taylor while he was cooking on the Whole Hog, long before the Roaming Buffalo hit the streets. His enthusiasm for Buffalo and the Food truck scene immediately won me over and his truck has expanded their menu over time from serving some of Buffalo’s favorites (beef on weck, chicken wings, buffalo wing soup) to adding a variety of burgers and their now infamous bacon jam.
