Today on the podcast we have Joe Lyons, the owner of Joe’s Deli and Buffalo Catering Company. Joe is a pretty busy dude these days, just a couple months ago he opened the 2nd location of Joe’s Deli on Elmwood Ave (in the old Off The Wall) and Buffalo Catering Company is only getting busier. Joe found some time in his busy schedule to visit the podcast studio and talk about his start in the kitchen, going to culinary school at the CIA, the difference between working in a restaurant versus catering service and much more.
