Today on the podcast we have Joe Lyons, the owner of Joe’s Deli and Buffalo Catering Company. Joe is a pretty busy dude these days, just a couple months ago he opened the 2nd location of Joe’s Deli on Elmwood Ave (in the old Off The Wall) and Buffalo Catering Company is only getting busier.
