This week on the podcast we have Tommy Lombardo, the General Manager of Ristorante Lombardo. Alli and I first went to the Fine Dining restaurant this January and I still consider that meal as one of my best for 2013. I met Tommy at the 2nd Annual IN Cocktail event in July and have been following along the progress of their cocktail menu, wine selection and special events since Tommy moved back to Buffalo after a stint bar-tending in New York City almost two years ago. Tommy talked about his love of wine, becoming a better bartender, coming back to Buffalo and what he’d like to do in the coming years at Lombardo’s.
