Today we are HUMMING! We haven't hummed in awhile, but humming is a great way to really connect with your body and your voice - especially if you are nervous about using your voice. Sometimes even just opening your mouth to speak can be scary, so humming is a great way to ease into it. I discuss a little about how to create resonance in the back of your throat, which can help with pitch and agility with moving notes.

Today's melody is a little lullaby, and a great way to practice connecting with your heart!
