I focus a lot on my body while singing mantra, and this includes consciously relaxing areas of tension. I have focused on relaxing my ribs, solar plexus area and lower abs/pelvic area, to take deeper bigger breaths. We're going to hum today, so you can take time to practice releasing tension on your inhales!
So come back to the present moment and sing with me for 3 minutes. Humming is great, too! Just connect with your body and feel the vibrations. ~Aaralyn
