I love to hum, and in James Nestor's book, "Breath," I learned that humming increases the release of nitric oxide into the nasal passage by 15 times. He recommends humming for 5 minutes a day. It's a great way to focus on feeling the vibrations from your voice as well. We are humming the them from Dvorak's New World Symphony!!!
