This week on The Wonder Dome, I am joined by Aithan Shapira. He's the founder of Tilt, a culture design and transformation firm focused on helping global leaders, organizations and governments instill the conditions that help people be more collaborative, adaptive, and innovative.
He began his artistic journey at age 8 with the piano. By the time he was a teenager, he was playing in jazz bars around New York City alongside players decades older than him. He went on to become a fine artist working with paint as his primary medium, earning his PhD from the Royal College of Art & Design.
In addition to his organizational transformation work, Aithan continues to be a visiting critic at arts institutions internationally, while also lecturing at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is a deeply passionate and singularly creative person, committed to helping every human being thrive.
This conversation is brimming with insights about the nature of creativity, the art of leadership, and the power of letting go of what we think we know so we can discover new ways of being in the world.
