Description

Wendy Wise is a First Nation indigenous energy healer and well-being advocate who was born with gifts of vision and wisdom: the capacity to understand people beyond the intellect, supporting them on deep energetic levels. She's studied with First Nation elders who have given her blessings to carry forward their sacred lineage, and she’s also learned from mentors from a number of other spiritual and psychological traditions. Over the past 30 years, she has traveled the world, working with tens of thousands of people across many different cultures. She's been featured at the Sundance festival, and she's shared her impactful method for healing and breakthrough with crowds as large as 20,000 people.

On our episode today, we explore what energy is, how we can get out of the story that we've written for each other, and how we can reconnect with nature, our spirit, and our creative essence so that we can become who we're meant to be in the world.

Wendy talks about the belief in many First Nation indigenous cultures that we are all here together, in such a time as this, for a reason. That we are all dreaming together, making the world we live in now. And that we can choose to dream a new dream. To make a world where every one of us finds our way to our essence.
