Robert Mulhall is a lifelong explorer and transformational leader. He currently serves as the Vice President of programming and business strategy for the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I've had the privilege of working with Kripalu and its RISE program for several years now, and the moment I met Robert I knew he would serve as a powerful steward for this incredible organization.
Our conversation was a deeply personal one. We dig into the deep human need for love and affirmation; and how, if we're not careful, that very need for love can drive love away from us. We also examine the unique challenges and opportunities of our time through the lens of masculinity and the ways in which masculine energy can be amplified and distorted by social forces.
Lastly, we dive into Robert's incredible family history. He was raised in a singular environment in Ireland, with parents who were deeply committed to living for something greater than themselves and passing that onto their son. This is a beautiful conversation, and I trust that you will gain a lot from being in the Robert's presence.
