You need to be thankful, in my opinion.

You can be thankful that you have food to eat, that you have a roof over your head, that you have people you can talk to.

You can be thankful that you have cats.

You can be thankful you have dogs.

But enjoy each day.

For me, when it’s really stressful, I sit back and I ease myself into the day and I just work at it and enjoy the little moments as much as possible.

By the end of the day, I feel better. I feel a bit more energized. And maybe I’ll go for a walk.

Maybe I’ll go for a workout. That helps too.
