Until the beginning of 2023, Saskia Greiner was employed as a Sales Manager in the IT industry with 13 years of experience. After gaining a leadership position at the end of 2022, Saskia thought she had landed a dream role. She was wrong. Although she loved the leadership role, the environment she found herself in did not feel right at all. She was unhappy, so she left.
Saskia left her well-paid job without anything else to go to. Something many of us would not have the self-confidence to do.
