What is something that you would consider to be a pain point? Pain points include being stuck in a role, lacking creative energy, losing a friend/loved one, or not fitting in with the crowd. We are often more stuck with a pain point than we like to admit. Pain points can feel like a thorn in our side; no matter how hard you try to remove it, it's still there. 

On this episode of the Messy Roots podcast, I'm sharing how we can redirect our energy to use the thorn rather than pick at it. 

The thorn is a tool that helps you see things differently than others. We can use it.
