Welcome to another episode of Y11 Audio!
Eastern Michigan football begins this week (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) with a home date against Eastern Kentucky. Though EKU is an FCS program, EMU is still looking for its first-ever win over the Colonels.
In this episode, we’ll go through the first depth chart of the regular season and highlight this team’s four captains heading into the year: OL Brian Dooley, LB Chase Kline, QB Taylor Powell, and DE Jose Ramirez.
With quotes and sound bites from the team’s Monday morning press conference, we’ll hear from Dooley, Kline, and head coach Chris Creighton. Not only did Creighton field questions about his team and upcoming opponent, but he also shared another important bit of game-planning: Does he plan on growing out his beard again?
