On April 23. 2024 the Federal Trade Commission issued a final rule that bans post-employment non-compete agreements between employers and their employees. 

This week we give our 4 cents on that FTC ruling, and some opinions on the general practice of these types of legal agreements in general. 

Do we agree? Do we disagree? You'll just have to listen to find out.
