We did it! We beat the statistics, and we're still here! So, in honor of that, we are going to complain about Microsoft! I know, surprise, surprise.
Our main topic for this episode is to discuss our definition of a "normal user". We have had many discussions/arguments over things where we refer to "normal" and/or "average" users in regards to using computers. Well, here it is, the official HITM definition of a "Normal User"!
