Isaiah 38:18, "For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth."
Once a person dies it is too late to get right with God. When you die you lose your opportunity to know God and be saved. It is while you are alive that you must call upon the name of Jesus and be saved. After you are dead it will be too late.
It is appointed to men once to die and after this the judgment. Hebrews 9:27.
Lord, I pray for everyone in my family to be saved. I pray that there won't be any person in my family who neglects the salvation of their soul. Open their eyes to see the truth in Jesus. Open their ears to hear your voice. Give them a desire to humble themselves, repent, and put their faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.
