Colossians 3:17, "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
Everything in our life should represent our faith in the Lord and our relationship to God. Whatever we are involved with it should reflect our faith in Jesus. If we are involved in anything that would raise a question of whether or not we are a Christian then we should not be involved with it. We are ambassadors for Christ.
Let not your good be evil spoken of. Don't give the appearance of evil. Romans 14:16; 1 Thessalonians 5:22.
Heavenly Father, give me the discernment to see how others would view whatever activity I am involved in. Help me to avoid being a stumbling block to anyone else. May I always be a faithful witness of my faith in Christ, and never give the appearance of evil. In Jesus name. Amen.
