Colossians 1:12, "Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:"
God has qualified us through his Son Jesus Christ to participate in the inheritance of the saints. This inheritance points to our life in the kingdom of God. We were qualified for this because of what Jesus accomplished through his death, burial, and resurrection.
Heavenly Father, I thank you for making me qualified to participate in the inheritance of the saints in light. I look forward to being in your kingdom, with all of your people, and participating in the great plans you have for us, oh Lord. Your plans are for good and not for evil, to give us a future and a hope. Amen.
The word of God's grace is able to build us up and give us an inheritance among all them who are sanctified. Acts 20:32. Our inheritance is secure in Christ.
