Colossians 1:14, "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:"
We were redeemed through the blood Jesus Christ shed for us on the cross. It is through the blood of the Lamb we were saved from death and from destruction. The blood of Jesus provides us with the forgiveness of our sins.
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the blood of Jesus. I thank you, Father God, that I have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb shed upon the cross. Christ died for my sins, he was buried, and he rose again on the third day. Now I am redeemed, washed, forgiven through the Lord Jesus. Thank you, Jesus! Amen.
If we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.
