He talks about one of life's greatest goals (or tragedies if not accomplished) is to be and live life as yourself, and how society benefits from people being real with one another vs. fake or superficial. He gives examples of both real behaviors and fake ones in today's world and then finishes with a discussion of tattoos and naturism.
