This week's guest on Fitness Reborn is Ben Reuter, Ph.D.
Ben is an exercise physiologist, athlete, and personal trainer. He currently teaches exercise physiology and nutrition at Pennsylvania Western University.
In this episode, Ben and I discuss the importance of movement as an essential element of human health. We discuss the difference between movements over workouts (a distinction I also make as a trainer), how continuous movement impacts quality of life as well as determining our lifespan, and the how to make movement a permanent lifestyle fixture.
Ben is also a podcast host himself, hosting the Moving2Live and the FitLabPGH shows.
Listen. Learn. Enjoy!
