My guest this week is Brad Carlson.
Brad is a certified health coach, personal trainer, spiritual practitioner, author and motivational speaker.
Brad remembers being 38 years old, 50 pounds overweight, going through a divorce, feeling lost and miserable, and not having one clue about what to do about it. The breaking point came when he realized his condition was so bad that his own dog would not associate with him any longer.
From that point on, he began to the learn what is the most vital aspects of the healthy and fit lifestyle; that we are what we desire to be. Now in his 50's, Brad has committed to helping everyone from student athletes to older client achieve results beyond what they could have imagined.
Brad is the creator of MindStrong mindset training and audio program for developing a more rigorous attitude. He also is the host of his own podcast, "Be Well, Be Safe, Be Happy, Eat Ice Cream".
