Austin is a personal trainer who began his fitness career working in youth sports, but now specializes in working with parents and in particularly career-orientated fathers.
To get the very results, Austin employs what he calls The Three Pillar Method:
Through this methodology, each client is outfitted a fitness regime that is tailored to their specific lifestyle.
