My guest this week is Kathy White.

Kathy is a dedicated yogi and yoga instructor who has developed a revolutionary practice called the Joint Renewal System.

Prior to turning 50, Kathy had already been practicing yoga since her 30s. However, at this stage of her life, she found that traditional yoga wasn't providing the same benefits it once did. Her normal practice was no longer addressing the stiff joints, sore back, and painful knees. 

Seeking relief, she discovered a practice from Brazil called Kaiut and retrained for 5 years. This led to the inspiration of what would one day be called the Joint Renewal System. A practice designed specifically with older people in mind to address both chronic and acute joint pains. 

In our discussion, we go over the principles of the Joint Renewal System and why it works better than anything else like it. We also discuss the tragedies and triumphs that Kathy White the person she is today.
