In order to do something you haven’t done you have to become someone you’ve never been.
Reflection.
What do you do when you feel like a steam engine that never stops. That was the line of dialogue for me and honestly it’s still kinda going on.
The last week or so I’ve been cranking out heavy on my work and constantly challenged to what I believe is right or wrong? (In a design sense)
The solution that I’ve found while this has all been going on is to just simply sink into what is.
I was listening to this Alan Watts video 👇
And it explains a lot about how when we’re often TRYING to hard we don’t reach a flow state and accomplish the tasks we are supposed to accomplish.
For example, like a police car going to a hidden raid with it’s sirens on.
Or when an archer shoots and arrow, it needs some sort of grace.
So the biggest takeaway for me as I go forth, is to ground myself and further sink into what is.
