Today, Amaury Faye joined me from Paris to discuss Rust, his recently released album featuring music inspired by jazz’s source, the great city of New Orleans.
Rust was recorded at Maringy Studios in the Crescent City and features New Orleans musicians Julian Lee (tenor sax), Amina Scott (bass), and Herlin Riley (drums).
The album was released digitally November 14 with physical media scheduled for December 12.
