For great conversations we want questions that force expansion, open up for discussion and encourage the person to share their thoughts in detail.
When we are stuck in the world of yes or no answers nothing gets done. No one learns more, information isn’t shared and we walk away feeling disconnected.

I know you have the skill inside you because the inquisitive kid still exists. Bring back the curious heart and ask curious questions. Open ended questions.
This works in parenting, relationships, businesses and even politics. But you have to be ready to listen to the answer…
