Fear|Less Changemakers has dropped in price JUST IN TIME for you to tackle the tough conversations you’ll be facing these days.

Hello, fearless changemakers.

It has been a while.

Holy moly.

I am forever sorry, but I'm sure just like you have experienced, we have been experiencing some sort of time warp continuum happening here.

Time has disappeared.

Things have felt incredibly busy and there's just so much to stay on top of, let alone working for an advocacy group, a business advocacy group. My own stuff, my family, my business, everything, friends, life.

I know you feel me.

I know you get me.

I know that you are feeling the exact same thing.

But what prompted me to get on here is, A, it's March 20th. 2025, and of course the rumours of an election going to be called here on Sunday or Monday, March 24th, the day that the House of Commons is supposed to reconvene, fun fact, fun knowledge, has me prompted to come on here.

I actually just received a yet another text message from team Pierre and no, it wasn't Pierre himself.

And, uh, Dude, we're busy.

We are so busy that sometimes responding to your texts feels like just another and.

And that is precisely what's going on.

So yes, we're all feeling busy.

We're feeling overwhelmed.

We're feeling like there is just too much going on and the heaviness of the world is weighing us down.

And so we want to shut off everything, tune it all out, flick on our favorite TV show and just... Veg, chill, all those things so we can escape for a moment, but we can't.

My friends, we cannot escape.

This is when we need to be vigilant the most and acting the most and most importantly, having conversations with people.

You might trip and stumble as you're trying to say the things and get them all out. But it needs to be done. We need to talk about how the fact that Mark Carney actually was not a helpful finance minister or connection,

I actually don't know his real term, with the UK when he was there during their time with Brexit. We need to discuss how it doesn't matter how many different liberal faces you vote into a system that

Unless the system has been completely dismantled, it's not going to be different.

It is not going to change.

I mean, entire companies, corporations often need to go and hire a competitor.

Someone who was trying to steal their ideas to bring them in to make a cultural shift within their industry to be able to actually step forward into a new direction.

Change requires disruptors, not parrots or people who are going to repeat the same patterns.

This just becomes abuse, you guys. When the pattern is repeated, it's abuse.

It's insanity.

Why are we not talking about the insanity that is happening right now?

Why are we so quiet in these realms?

And I'm sorry, but...If you didn't clue in that the reason why the capital gains tax was not added into the income tax this year, that's because it wasn't approved in the House.

It was not voted on.

The vote did not pass because our House of Commons was prorogued before it could pass.

CRA was trying to pull a doozy over everybody. and make it go through.

But there was a thankfully enough voices out there saying this is not legal.

So if our CRA is willing to do something underhanded such as that under the leadership of the current political party,

Why do you not believe that something else is going to be happening?

Why are we now like, oh, cool, our most hated JT is out of the house.

So now we can sit back and relax and everything will be better.

No, guys, it's the same monster.

I've had this talk before in a previous podcast and it's the same monster, different heads.

Doesn't mean the intentions are any different.

I don't know what's happening.

I don't know what they're trying to do for the future. I do know that steadily, while I am working my ass off, my husband is working his ass off, we are on paper are doing really well, but we're more broke and financially strapped than we have ever been.

I mean, hell, I am more broke now than I was when I was on maternity leave with our beautiful daughter for a year with barely, barely an EI income coming in.

I had liquid cash.

I had disposable income at that time.

And now, despite all efforts, the disposable income is gone.

And I'm saying this because I know it's a pain point that we are all experiencing.

Our middle class is gone.

It has dissolved into nothing.

We might be upper-lower class.

We might be middle-lower class.

Who knows?

But that middle is not there anymore.

It hasn't been for a long time, but we've been able to comfortably coast for just a little bit.

But the wool is being pulled off of our eyes now.

We're seeing clearly.

And it's time for a change.

So while Pierre and your team, you can text message me questions, try and encourage me to give you feedback about your policies and all of these other things, I know that a politician is actually not going to be the one making the change.

It is the people.

I know that it is the people they fear the most.

If we can just get our acts together, realize that while we might see different things and have different opinions on some sensitive topics, our basic necessities and needs and drives to survive in this world, in this country, whose dollar is near less value than the Mexican peso...

We need to get together and we need to unite as citizens, as brothers and sisters, if you will, and start expressing the need to be heard on the real issues, their survivability issues.

The issues around cost of living, economics, business productivity, creativity.

How come we've lacked it?

Because we've become so scared of talking.

So scared of saying, hey, I have this idea. I have a concept that I really think might help us in this situation.

Why are we so scared of being creative?

Why are we so scared of stepping outside of life?

That circle, that box that is holding us in and frankly holding us down.

Why are we not saying, I have worth?

I have a value.

And while I am not seeing it in some tangible form, I can bring it to the forefront. I can bring it to the front lines of the citizens trying to make sure that this country retains some semblance of dignity as we step into the future. As we prepare it for the generations that follow us.

Why is there zero planning ahead for the next generation and the three after that?

There is no logical reason for the governance and the excessive spending that we are witnessing right now.

What is the hidden message or intention behind what's going on?

I mean, you could go down a thousand dark rabbit holes and find various answers.

(00:08:42):

But what is your intention for the next year, five years, 10 years?

Is it to continue to see that disposable income is no longer in any existence whatsoever?

Do you intend to become completely broke and bankrupt?

That everything you work for is no longer in your hands.

It's gone.

Someone has taken it away from you.

Is your intention to be so riddled with anger and hatred and fear for the people who live right beside you because they have a difference of opinion or because they are willing to stand up and disrupt the status quo a little bit?

Is your intention...to lower further and further into destitution, depression, and everything else that seems to be coming at us heavy and into the weight of the world that's holding us exactly where we are, like a thumb keeping that piece of paper still from blowing in the wind.

No, I don't want us to blow in the wind and disappear and scatter everywhere.

But I do want us to be able to actually see what our intentions are.

I want us to be able to speak clearly. openly, walk forward with an understanding and a respect for the world around us and for the people around us, being able to put the intention of love, prosperity, the ability to thrive into my actions and what I do now, because I know what I do now will set me up for the future down the line. I mean, if you look at math, tomorrow's my birthday. Okay.

And if you look at math, I've got maybe potentially a good 35 years left on this earth.

Do the math for yourself.

How are you going to be spending today, tomorrow, the next year, so that those remaining few years ahead of you, 15, 20, 30, maybe you're lucky enough, it's 40 or 50.

How are you going to set yourself up to be able to live, really live in those years that follow.

A little extra effort right now, a little extra discomfort in this moment, open conversations, asking really curious questions and diving into the hearts of the policies and the intentions behind the leadership.

Not just what they're saying, but what is their intention behind it?

What is their method?

What is their means?

How are they going to step forward and make all these promises that they're making happen?

What is their track record?

Have they made promises happen in the past? Has their party?

Start thinking about these things.

Identify your pillars because your intentions will align with your pillars. They will align with your core values.

And if they don't, then it's time to take a really good hard look and shift things a little bit.

Dive in, dig deep.

Join me.

Join the masses of Canadians who have been and will continue to speak up with a little less fear every single time.

And connect with the people who have the ability to make the changes because you'll be surprised. They're far more accessible than you would believe.

Good luck.

Stay alert.

Stay educated.

Stay super curious, my friends.

With courage.
