I loved this chat with the prodigy that is Eddie Goeke. As I pointed out to him, I have been carnivore since he was 11 years old, yet he is way ahead of me on the science behind it, most of which, as the title says, is s**t. He has an amazing healing story too. Enjoy!
Bio: Edward A Goeke is currently a 22 year old author, educator, and entertainer from Southern Illinois. After developing a serious case of a structural condition known as hyper-mobile EDS (hEDS) at 16 years old, he quickly realized that everything society has been taught about almost every aspect of health has been—and is—completely wrong. After years of continuous independent study and review of chemistry, biochemistry, and other elements of human physiology, Eddie now spends his time creating and uploading material on YouTube (@e.goeke_), exposing the endemic myths that have been allowed to promulgate for decades about human nutrition and overall health.
