Alex was always an exploratory person, open to exploring the hidden depths of life. This became especially true in his 20s, when his own Jewish heritage became a centerpiece of deeper thought as on campus Jewish outreach sparked a deep interest in his Jewish identity. This led him on a path of 6 years of study in Israel in a "Yeshiva" where he learned how to blend the physical and spiritual world in a beautiful balancing act that to this day, is expressed in his work as a musician, sales personality, and devoted Jew.
