today is a solo episode, where i share my reflections and introspection about 2023 — on and off the pod. i open up with my honest thoughts on where i am and how i showed up for myself. i sit in gratitude and also face hard truths. not surprisingly, authenticity is a recurring theme in much of my ruminations. i evaluate what that looks like in real life and where i’m blocking my own path.
