This week I am sharing with you about the 1st of 4 simple steps I used to lose 100 pounds and continue to use in my life in maintenance almost 4 years later.

Planning and assessing.

Planning is a great way to set your day up to support your weight loss goals. It also gives you the opportunity start your day with gratitude and a way to give yourself self-care during the day.

As you close out your day, take the time to look at the plan you made in the morning. How did you do honoring your plan? Where can you celebrate wins? Where are there learning opportunities?

Remember, you are learning to show up for yourself and your ACHIEVABLE weight loss goals in a new way.

Be patient.

Give yourself grace.

Plan from where you are today.

Make it realistic.

Make it doable.
