Good morning,

Yesterday wasn’t perfect. I didn’t get my water in. I overate the popcorn at lunch and ice cream and nuts last night.

Will the overeats yesterday stop me from showing up today? NO!

My doable food plan is made for today. There is not beat down for the food choices yesterday. I can’t change them, I can only decide how I will show up today!

Today I will be aware of my food choices AND I will hydrate my body with the water that she loves!

I have loved sharing with you about 2 of the simple steps I used to lose 100 pounds and living my life in maintenance almost 4 years later.

This week I am going to show you those 2 simple steps in action.

Each day, I will share my food plan for the day and my assessment of how I showed up for myself the previous day. I will also share with you my before and after pictures from each meal.

I don’t count calories, so you will not see calories as part of my food plan!

I don’t restrict food groups, I eat what I love, so you will a wide variety of foods on my plan!

I am not perfect, so it is likely that you will see days in the next week where I didn’t honor my food plan!

I AM A WOMAN WHO KEEPS GOING, so you will see my plan and assessment every day, even after days that aren’t perfect!

I would love for you to share your plans and assessments as we go through the week.
