We are so often taught to eat by the clock. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is so ingrained in us that we often eat at those times even when we are not hungry.
Today, I invite you to stop before you eat your meal and ask yourself if you are hungry? If you’re not, don’t eat it right now. The food will be there later.
