Description

In this short but powerful podcast episode, I explore the powerful shift from performance to presence in our approach to rituals. After stepping away from New Age spiritual practices that felt increasingly performative, I began to question what it means to truly live in alignment with the sacred. Through personal reflections, I discuss how rituals, when repeated mindlessly, can become as automatic as habits—void of the magic they promise to bring.

We dive deep into the delicate balance between habits and rituals, how intention can turn the mundane into the mystical, and the importance of embracing life as a series of sacred moments rather than planned performances. I'll also share my own journey from rejecting ritual to rediscovering its transformative potential in unexpected, unplanned moments.

Rituals aren’t about performing spirituality. They're about presence. When we allow life itself to become the ritual, every breath, every pause, holds the potential for sacredness.

Lastly, if you feel ready to dive deeper into these themes, I'm excited to announce that enrollment for Rooted in Truth, my 10-week group journey, is now open. Join me on this transformative journey beginning October 7th. Learn more here.
