Description

In this episode, I share a deeply personal experience—what happened when I chose to trust my body’s wisdom instead of rushing to suppress symptoms. What unfolded was more than just physical healing; it was a profound shift in how I relate to myself, my inner rhythms, and the unseen forces that shape transformation.

I explore:

✨ How my healing response, my ‘illness’ became an initiation into deeper self-trust

✨ The power of allowing vs. fixing—what we sacrifice when we rush the process

✨ The connection between healing, nature’s cycles, and reclaiming inner territory

✨ What shifted in me when I let go of external validation and embraced deep rest

This isn’t about prescriptions or absolutes—it’s an offering. A different way of looking at healing, patience, and the intelligence of our bodies.

Listen in, and if you feel like sharing, let me know: What are you currently navigating and what might it look like to navigate it with 5 % more trust and grace in your own capacity and authority? Share your thoughts or leave a 💗 if my journey resonated with you.

About Me, Annie Alcorn

I walk the path of self-knowledge, authenticity, and integration—learning, unlearning, and aligning with the deep rhythm of nature and my inner authority. Trained as a spiritual teacher, I once sought truth in external labels—shaman, witch, priestess. These days I am more devoted to the embodied process of living authentically. Those aspects are still within me as are all the other idiosyncracies that make me, well, me.

Nature is my greatest guide and ally. Its rhythms mirror my own evolution, not as fixed truths but as living wisdom, always unfolding, always guiding me deeper into myself.

I engage with the Celtic Pagan Wheel of the Year as a structure for inner work, creativity, and transformation, exploring the sacred woven into the everyday. Whether through creativity, kitchen alchemy, or simply listening to the land, I share my experience of living consciously in harmony with the natural cycles—learning to trust, to surrender, and to find the magic in the unfolding.

And while I may wax poetic about nature’s rhythms, love to have deep conversations about life and the meaning of it all, I’m also a person who burns the occasional bread, scrolls too much sometimes, and talks to my animals like they may talk back. I can laugh at my wins as well as my inconsistencies. I am a work in progress- just like all of us.

I am the creator of The Alchemy of Bread: Nourish Your Soul With Sourdough, The HearthKeeper Journey and Wild Soul Passages.
