Do you ever feel like healing is so overwhelming because you believe you need to be fully healed to experience life? In this week’s episode I talk about chasing healed and how it will continue to holds back from living life and experiencing life to its fullest. Shifting your perspective and understanding that we are healing, we are not healed. Healing is a part of life that we integrate in and ebb and flow through it as life throws things at us. Most importantly I talk about how you are worthy of love and happiness just as you are.

Next week I will be sharing a written post on the impact of starting my day with a nervous system walk. This lead to me creating a Hot Girl Walk Playlist. I will be creating a monthly playlist. These playlists will range between 30 and 45 minutes and will take you on a journey with a warm up, brisker walking and a cool down. I wanted to give you something to encourage you to get up and out and move your body.
