L.A. Riots: The streets of Los Angeles were taken over by protestors this past weekend.
* We’ve seen this before: Rodney King Riots. During the 1992 L.A. riots, President George W. Bush mobilized the National Guard, US Army, & US Marines to stop the violent rioters from wrecking Los Angeles. It's not "unprecedented."

It should be noted, Gaines is 5’5” and about 130 lbs. Lia Thomas, Gaines’ opponent in the NCAA contest in question, is 6’4”.
Within a day, Biles did a complete back spring, I mean walk back, with this X response from her lawyers and PR team (I’m assuming):

RIP: Beach Boy Brian Wilson. 82, passed away today. The songwriter was an idol to many in the music world, including Paul McCartney. Favorite Beach Boy song? Wilson also suffered from mental illness, including depression.
RIP: Mark Brewster. My former co-worker and friend battled diabetes. He suffered a number of injuries. I found out today that he had passed away at the end of April. The song, “Att Witts End” from his band, The Curse of Sorrow, was the original theme song for News of the Weird back in our show’s blogtalkradio days.
