Limiting Beliefs: Brian recently watched “This Was SportsCenter” with Rich Eisen and guest Dan Patrick, who shared his story and discussed some of the limiting beliefs he overcame on his way to SportsCenter fame and beyond.

Definition: Limiting beliefs are deeply held, false assumptions or negative stories you tell yourself about your abilities, the world, or what is possible. Functioning as mental barriers, they restrict your potential and keep you trapped in your comfort zone by convincing you that failure or rejection is inevitable.
