A contemplation on the understanding of patterns.
This week’s reflection dives into the energies of Gates 18 and 48, activated by the Sun, and how they awaken the mental frequency of the Understanding Circuit. I explore the difference between using our minds to control life versus recognizing patterns in service of surrendering to life. These gates invite us to see life not as something to master, but something to tune into—compassionately and with self-love. Through the lens of Human Design, I highlight how this week’s energetic weather supports a deeper attunement to the intelligence of life, and how our minds can either trap us in hierarchy or help us see the profound interconnectedness of existence. “There is no end to hierarchies,” Ra used to say—an invitation to humility, reverence, and trust in the larger order.
