The Exeter Township Supervisors meeting of March 28th was a contentious affair, with Supervisor David Hughes and Finance Director Jennifer Savage trading barbs for a 40 minute period during Hughes’ Supervisors report, as well as during his explanation of his concerns about the Treasurer's Report.
