We've seen how:
Elder and Overseer is the same person just with different descriptions.
EVERY Elder/Overseer was a Spiritual Leader.
ALL Spiritual Leaders were overseeing, preaching and teaching.
There were multiple Spiritual Leaders in EVERY church.
All Elders, Spiritual Leaders, in a city worked together to oversaw ALL the Believers in the city. There was never a plurality of “churches” in a city and when attempted the Apostles condemned it.
Today, we're going to see how God wants EVERY CHRISTIAN MAN TO BE A SPIRITUAL LEADER and HOW they became that in the New Testament, unlike today.
