Unity 3 ~ What If I Fail?
“What if I go and try to be reconciled with another believer and I fail?” I have only one question - “Were you truly humble before them?”
If so, it would be sin if a believer is unwilling to be reconciled with another believer. It is a serious matter to Jesus if any of His Family are unwilling to be united. All sin is bad but “division” is one of he worst sins for God’s spiritual Family. “Perfect unity” is the only thing Jesus prayed for in John 17 for future believers, for us, just before He went to the cross.
There are two places in the gospels where Jesus instructs all of us how to have and keep “perfect unity”...
