Pain is inevitable. We experience pain for so many reasons, but ultimately, the reason all of pain and suffering came into this world is due to sin. When Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden tree, pain was instantly felt. Sin separated us from our Maker… our God.
But pain is not all bad — pain let’s us know when there is something wrong and it also leads us to the only one who can fix it — God.
Through the sacrifice of Jesus, we are healed.
In this episode, MJ talks about how the process of healing that occurs in our bodies is the evidence of God’s grace, seen first in the Garden. Everything points to God.
When we learn to see our pain for what it is and embrace it wholeheartedly, we come to find that although pain might be weakness… it is when I am weak, that I am strong.
I pray this blesses you… especially those of you that are experiencing a tremendous amount of pain in this season. God sees you. He loves you. He is cheering for you. He will never leave you… and He is strengthening you with the power of the Holy Spirit that lives within you.
