Description

In this episode, I start by sharing a deeply personal story about my dad’s heart attack and the journey our family has walked since that day. His healing process has been filled with moments where God moved in unexpected, unconventional ways—ways we didn’t always understand. Through it, our faith has grown, and we’ve had a firsthand invitation to experience God’s presence and miracles in ways that changed us forever. This story of healing parallels Jesus’ first miracle at the wedding in Cana, where He turned water into wine, taking an ordinary, expected practice and using it to reveal His glory.

The water pots Jesus used were meant only for ceremonial cleansing, in line with the purity laws of the Old Covenant, where they symbolized ritual purification before entering God’s presence. But Jesus repurposed these pots to hold wine, symbolizing a new covenant where cleansing and transformation come directly through Him. This miracle wasn’t just about meeting a physical need at the wedding; it represented a spiritual reality—that Jesus brings lasting transformation and ultimate fulfillment, offering new life to all who believe in Him.

Through my dad’s healing and the miracle at Cana, we see that God often uses unexpected vessels and means to reveal His goodness and deepen our faith. Just as those closest to Jesus believed in Him after witnessing this first miracle, God uses our experiences to invite us into a deeper belief and trust in Him. This episode reminds us of the importance of seeking God’s will and waiting on His timing, knowing that He will provide exactly what we need to fulfill His calling. At the end of the day, He calls us to experience and reflect His glory in every part of our lives.
